These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of 360LiveNews at https://360livenews.com, its pages, newsletters, video bulletins and our official social media channels (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by GEO SAL ("we", "us", "our").
By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy also apply and form part of these Terms.
360LiveNews is a news and global intelligence platform. The Service includes:
Content on the Service is provided for general information. News develops quickly, and although we work to be accurate, reports may be incomplete, change, or be corrected after publication.
Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, medical, travel or security advice. Market and economic information is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. In an emergency, always follow the instructions of official authorities.
Some articles, summaries, voice-overs and video bulletins are produced with the help of artificial intelligence tools, working from published news sources, and are reviewed by our automated editorial checks. Some images are AI-generated illustrations, as explained in section 6 of our Privacy Policy. They are illustrations only and are not documentary evidence of real events, people or places unless the article expressly says so.
If you believe any content is inaccurate, misleading or inappropriate, please tell us through our Contact Form and we will review it in good faith.
The Service links to and embeds content from third parties, such as news agencies, YouTube live streams, webcams and map providers. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service.
The Service is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense, sponsored placements and affiliate links. If you buy something through an affiliate link we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. Advertisers and sponsors do not control our news coverage.
Businesses that book advertising or sponsorship through the Service agree to the booking terms and prices shown at the time of booking. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and we do not store card details.
Rotating VIP packages. Bronze, Silver and Gold VIP sponsorship positions are rotating: your creative shares each position with other advertisers in that pool, on a fair rotating basis. Platinum sponsorship positions are exclusive to a single advertiser for the length of the campaign. Because Platinum is exclusive, a Platinum booking made after your rotating booking has started may claim some or all of the rotating position(s) it needs, and your creative may be moved out of that position for the remainder of the Platinum campaign. If this happens we will contact you and offer, at your choice, a pro-rata refund for the affected time, a different available position of equivalent value, or the option to resume your original campaign once the Platinum booking ends.
If we give you a contributor, journalist or advertiser account, you agree to:
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, edit for length and clarity, display and share it on the Service and our official channels. We may review, refuse or remove any submission, and suspend accounts that break these Terms.
When using the Service you must not:
The 360LiveNews name, logo, website design, original articles, graphics and video bulletins belong to GEO SAL or its licensors. You may view and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use, and quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the original page. Any other use needs our written permission.
We publish our own news content and video bulletins to our official accounts on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, Telegram and TikTok, using each platform's official publishing tools. When you view or interact with our content on those platforms, that platform's own terms apply, including the TikTok Terms of Service. We do not access personal data of people who view our posts on those platforms. See our Privacy Policy.
We provide the Service "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, GEO SAL is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service, including decisions made based on its content, or from third-party content, links and embeds. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
To request a correction, report content, or raise a copyright or privacy concern, please use our Contact Form with the page link and details. We review every request in good faith.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Lebanon have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
