Spain housing protests intensify after parliament rejects rent and eviction measures
Tens of thousands of people rallied across Spain on Saturday after parliament rejected two government decrees aimed at easing the country's housing crisis. Demonstrations were reported in Madrid and dozens of other cities, as protesters called for affordable housing measures and a general strike.
