Israel puts Gaza forces on high alert ahead of October 7 anniversary
Israel's defence minister has put the military on high alert ahead of the third anniversary of Hamas's October 7, 2023 attack, citing intelligence that the group may try to carry out attacks against Israeli forces in Gaza. The warning was issued as Israel marked the anniversary and as tensions remained high in the enclave.
